Jennifer works with real estate investors, owners, and real estate investment trusts (REITs) on a range of commercial real estate transactions. She concentrates her practice on single and multisite acquisitions and dispositions, leasing (including sale-leasebacks), and financing across a variety of asset classes, including, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. In addition, she handles real property aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
