The firm’s Latin America & Caribbean litigation practice concentrates on commercial disputes involving companies in Latin America and the Caribbean or companies with interests in the region. Our arbitration group is known for its involvement in investor-state cases, often advising private investors, sovereign states, and state-owned entities. They are well versed in proceedings before a number of arbitral panels, including ICSID and the ICC. Winston has decades of experience representing clients in international arbitrations and enforcing awards around the world.
