Led by Grine Lahreche, who specializes in private equity and M&A, the cross-disciplinary team consists of four partners: Grine Lahreche, Sophie Dechaumet, Edith Boucaya, and Ariane Berthoud; two counsel: Jérôme Mas and Christophe Marie; and five associates: Audrey Szultz, Marie Terlain, Vincent Bourrelly, Emile Nicolas, and Diane Tarantini.
