Winston & Strawn proudly sponsored the 2023 Copyright Symposium presented by The McCarthy Institute at ASU Law and the UCLA Institute for Technology, Law and Policy on March 16, 2023, in Los Angeles, California.

The symposium brought together the foremost copyright scholars, practitioners, and industry leaders to engage with cutting-edge issues in copyright law. The inaugural theme for the symposium was “Transform: A New Horizon for Copyright” and focused on the most significant copyright cases to come before the United States Supreme Court.

Partners Jennifer Golinveaux and Diana Leiden presented the firm and engaged with other leaders in their fields in conversations about how Courts will apply copyright to new technologies, including artificial intelligence.
