On June 19, 2018, Olga Loy presented at the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) Fund Conference sponsored by Winston & Strawn and RSM U.S. Olga was joined by fellow industry leaders from RSM: Tom Lenz, Joe Bergthold, Daniel Klimas, and Ben Wasmuth to speak on the topic of “Tax Reform Implications—A Practical Guide for General Partners.”
The conference brought together partners, chief financial officers, and controllers of small business investment companies (SBIC) for a seminar focusing on the operations, licensing, formation, and compliance issues for SBIC funds.
