The Litigation Counsel of America Complimentary Webinar Series was proud to present “Making Technology Relatable: How to Try and Win Highly Technical Cases” presented by LCA Senior Fellow Kathi Vidal and Sandra A. Edwards, of Winston & Strawn LLP, on August 5th at 1:00pm EDT.

Whether it be a patent case on semiconductors, cloud computing, a mass tort case, or a pharmaceutical case involving complex scientific issues, this panel of trial lawyers explored ways to make technology and science-based cases relatable and fun. They drew from their years of collective experience, trial work, and targeted jury research to provide practice scenarios and easily adoptable tips for breathing life into highly complex cases.
