Eva Davis Moderates Deal-Making Panel at Institute for Corporate Counsel

West Coast Private Equity Chair Eva Davis spoke at the Institute for Corporate Counsel (ICC) on December 2 in Los Angeles. ICC is a collaboration of the USC Gould School of Law and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Corporate Law Departments Section.

As part of the Deal-Making Track, Ms. Davis, who serves on the ICC Board of Governors, moderated the panel “Improving Your Results in an Auction: Insights on the Middle Market M&A Process.” The panel shared insights on the middle market M&A process and provided concrete suggestions of how to improve results in an auction for both buyers and sellers.
