Environmental Cases Pending at the Supreme Court

On March 4, join Winston & Strawn Partners Eleni Kouimelis and Stephanie Sebor along with Robert A. Weinstock, Assistant Clinical Professor in the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School, for a webinar regarding environmental cases currently pending before the Supreme Court of the United States. This engaging presentation will cover three major environmental cases to be decided this term:

• BP P.L.C. v. Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
• Guam v. U.S.
• PennEast Pipeline Co. v. New Jersey

We will discuss the far-reaching implications of each of these cases, along with potential outcomes in light of the new makeup of the Court. We will also answer questions from participants.
