California DFEH Releases Workplace Harassment Guidance for California Employers

In March 2016, California’s Fair Employment and Housing Council (FEHC) enacted changes to California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) regulations concerning discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace in order to—among other things—clarify California employers’ obligation to prevent and correct wrongful behavior.
