Trade Secrets 2019 Year in Review
2019 was another interesting year in the world of trade secret breaches and theft. Throughout 2019 there was a focus on protecting and prosecuting trade secrets by individuals, governments, and law enforcement agencies worldwide. Winston & Strawn’s Global Privacy & Data Security Task Force has assembled a top 10 list of notable developments and trends that occurred over the past year relating to trade secret theft, litigation, and protection, as well as our observations and predictions for 2020.
