Alexander focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and lenders in a wide variety of complex cross-border and domestic financings.

Alexander is a dual-qualified attorney in New York and England who advises clients on a variety of debt financings, including cash flow and asset-based lending transactions, syndicated financings, secured and unsecured debt, mezzanine and second-lien financings, and fund-level subscription line financings. He has experience across a broad range of sectors and industries which spans across the North American and European markets, and includes experience in public international law at the United Nations Security Council and Polish Foreign Ministry.
