Eva focuses her practice on structured finance in public and private capital markets transactions, secured lending and warehouse financings.
Eva represents issuers, borrowers, asset originators, financial institutions and underwriters in connection with ABS issuances and secured lending transactions. She has experience involving a wide range of traditional and esoteric asset classes, including residential and commercial mortgages, CLOs and CDOs, consumer and student loans, life settlement financings, energy receivables and other types of commercial receivables.
Eva also served as associate general counsel at a federally backed government-sponsored enterprise that operates in the secondary mortgage market to support the U.S. housing market.
Eva earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She received her B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania as well as her B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
