Meredith is a litigator whose practice spans high‑stakes antitrust, tort, securities, and complex commercial disputes nationwide. She represents individuals and corporate clients in matters involving antitrust claims, contract and business disputes, negligent and intentional torts, and securities and corporate governance litigation.
Meredith has broad complex commercial and antitrust experience, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in actions brought under the Clayton Act and Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act. Beyond litigation, she assists corporate clients in navigating federal pre-merger antitrust review, including Hart‑Scott‑Rodino notifications and coordinating responses to Second Requests from the U.S. Department of Justice.
Since joining the firm, Meredith has been a part of several trial teams litigating tort, contract, fiduciary duty, and constitutional claims to verdicts before courts, juries, and arbitral panels.
Meredith maintains an active pro bono practice focused on veterans’ advocacy and civil rights litigation on behalf of incarcerated individuals under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, including claims involving excessive force, conditions of confinement, and deliberate indifference. In 2025, she received the Legal Aid Society’s Pro Bono Publico Award for her ongoing work representing a certified class of incarcerated plaintiffs in a statewide action challenging the unlawful confinement of disabled persons in New York State prisons, in violation of New York’s 2021 HALT Act.
Prior to joining Winston, Meredith externed with the SDNY Federal Pro Se Assistance Clinic at the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG), assisting pro se litigants at all stages of civil litigation in the Southern District of New York. Before law school, she worked as a project assistant in the capital markets practice of another global law firm.

Education
Meredith earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2023, where she served as an editor on the Moot Court Board Casebook journal and as a teaching assistant in the first-year legal writing program. She received her M.Sc., with honors, in international development from the University of Amsterdam, and her B.A., magna cum laude, in international affairs from The George Washington University.
