Gary is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office, where he focuses his practice on intellectual property and life sciences.
Drawing on his degrees in Biomedical Engineering, Gary advises clients on intellectual property matters involving a variety of fields, including Hatch-Waxman and telecommunications patent cases.
In law school, Gary was the Volume IX Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Law Technology Review, as well as a Technology Law Scholar. He also took part in arguments before the Fourth Circuit as a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, and externed for the U.S. Judiciary Committee for U.S. Senator Chris Coons.
Gary received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2025, where he was the Volume IX Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Law Technology Review, as well as a Technology Law Scholar. Gary received his B.S. in Biological Engineering, with an emphasis in Biomedical and Bioprocess Engineering, from the University of Missouri in 2019. He next received a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in 2022.
