- Represented clients in registered and non-registered public offerings of securities in the domestic and foreign capital markets (equity IPO and follow-on, debt, warrants).
- Represented companies and their managers in compliance investigations.
- Advised clients in the public offering of securities.
- Represented a Private Equity firm in the acquisition of 70% stake in health services provider worth US$ 1.3 billion; and advised in sale of stake representing 83% of a Brazilian Sugar and Alcohol company to BP for US$680 million.
