Hayden is an associate in Winston’s White Collar & Government Investigations group. Hayden concentrates his practice on white collar, government and internal investigations, and complex litigation matters.
Hayden has experience representing public and private companies across various industries on a broad range of white collar, government and internal investigations, and complex litigation matters involving both state and federal agencies. He also maintains an active pro bono practice with a primary focus on immigration-related matters.
While in law school, Hayden interned with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office of the General Counsel. Before entering the legal field, he taught algebra as a member of Teach for America.

Hayden earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2024 where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Hayden received his B.A. in Economics and History, with highest distinction, from Indiana University in 2019 where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
