Zach Scott is a corporate transactional associate in the Houston office of Winston & Strawn. His practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, projects and infrastructure, and joint venture formation involving energy assets and companies across the energy value chain, with an emphasis on domestic oil & gas transactions in the upstream and midstream sectors.

Zach received his J.D., cum laude, and an LL.M degree in Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston. He received his BA from Texas A&M University.
