Gianna Miksanek
Associate
Gianna focuses on complex commercial litigation and mass tort litigation. She actively works on high-stakes privacy litigation and has extensive experience in labor and employment litigation and counseling.
During law school, Gianna worked at the Mandel Legal Aid Employment Law Clinic, where she worked on developing case strategy, discovery, settlement, and appellate brief writing. She has also worked as a legal and regulatory affairs intern for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, where she gained experience in intellectual property law and corporate regulatory compliance. Gianna was an intern with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office and an extern for the Honorable Jennifer Togliatti of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Las Vegas.
Gianna maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily focusing on immigration matters.

Education
Gianna received her J.D., with honors, from The University of Chicago Law School in 2021 as a Rubenstein Scholar. While in law school, she was the professional development chair of the Latinx Law Students Association and received the “Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy.” She received her B.A., cum laude, in English from Washington University in St. Louis in 2017.
