Evin is a litigation associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office whose practice focuses on a wide variety of civil and criminal litigation matters, including white collar & government investigations, administrative appeals, and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Evin served as a judicial extern to Chief Judge Dolly M. Gee of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and as a criminal division extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. During law school, Evin was part of the Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic, and successfully obtained a remand for a pro bono client before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also joined the inaugural class of the California Appellate Clinic, contributing to an appeal for the California Second District Court of Appeal.
Evin received his J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School in 2025, where he served as the Chief Note & Comment Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, was a Scott Moot Court finalist and Honors Board Member, and was President of the American Constitution Society. He received his B.A. in Linguistics with a Minor in Law & Society, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside in 2022.
