He has extensive experience defeating claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Illinois’s Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), Illinois’s Genetic Information Privacy Act (GIPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act/the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), as well as other statutory and common-law causes of action.
