Emmie is a litigation associate in Winston’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on general litigation and has a strong foundation in federal civil rights and criminal law matters.
Prior to joining Winston, Emmie clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. During law school, Emmie published her comment in the Loyola Law Journal and participated in the Jessup International Law Moot Court as a brief writer. She also externed at the Cook County Chancery Court and conducted research for her constitutional law and criminal law professors.
Emmie earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2023. Emmie received her B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University in 2020.
