
Adam Moskowitz
Associate
Adam’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, principally in the areas of commercial property insurance, copyright, and antitrust. He has significant dispute resolution experience, including with complex discovery, motion practice, and appellate issues.
Adam has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from inception through appeal, representing clients in high-stakes commercial disputes. His clients include major players in the media and entertainment industry, the world’s largest insurance carriers, and financial institutions. Adam has experience managing complex, fast-paced litigations for plaintiffs and defendants, has litigated class and non-class cases, and has played an integral role in key appellate victories for clients in the Second, Third, Fourth, and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. His matters involve a wide range of issues, including claims under the Copyright Act, the Sherman Act, Title VII, as well as New York state law claims of fraud, unfair competition, and tortious interference, among others. Adam has also negotiated settlement agreements on behalf of clients and has led intensive factual investigations in aid of potential litigation.

Education
Adam received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2016 where he was senior editor and symposium chair for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. During law school, Adam was a research assistant, analyzing foreign antitrust statutes and the relationship between trade barriers and antitrust law. He received his B.S. in economics and in communication arts (Radio/TV/Film) from the University of Wisconsin in 2012.
