- Acting for a U.S. mining company in an ICC arbitration in New York initiated by a Middle Eastern refinery, arising from a supply agreement.
- Acting in a multi-billion euro arbitration under DIFC-LCIA Rules arising out of an English law-governed shareholders’ agreement in connection with a claim brought by the subsidiary of one of the world’s leading online food delivery groups.
- Acting for two heirs of a private bank in Geneva in a high-value, ad hoc bilingual (English and French) arbitration against the former partners of the private bank.
- Acting in an LCIA arbitration and ancillary litigation proceedings in the British Virgin Islands and Delaware, arising out of a billion-dollar project consisting of the construction, development, and operation of a luxury resort and marina in the Bahamas.
