Sahar is a litigation associate in Winston’s Chicago office who focuses her practice on advising clients across a wide spectrum of matters.
Before joining Winston, Sahar served as a Summer Law Clerk at the Law Office of the Cook County Public Defender in Chicago, where she conducted rigorous legal research on complex felony matters and drafted memoranda to support case strategy. She has experience across the stages of litigation, including leading client interviews, preparing witnesses, drafting pre‑ and post‑trial motions, participating in discovery conferences and investigations, and contributing at motion hearings.
Sahar earned her J.D., summa cum laude, at the University of Illinois College of Law in 2025 where she graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, she was part of the College of Law Negotiations Team, Client Counseling Team, Trial Team, and served as the Internet & Symposium editor for the Illinois Law Review. Sahar received her B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021.
