Nick assists clients in a variety of complex commercial areas, including products liability, mass tort, corporate fiduciary obligations, and insurance broker liability. On the criminal side, Nick has experience conducting internal investigations and interacting with government officials from both the Department of Justice and Environmental Protection Agency. Nick rejoins Winston following a judicial clerkship to the Hon. Lindsay C. Jenkins of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
