Sam represents public companies, private equity sponsors, private credit funds, leading banks, and other financial institutions on a wide range of debt financing transactions.

Sam is an attorney in the firm’s New York office. He represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with a range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings and senior, subordinated, split lien, and unsecured credit facilities.

Sam earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar recipient and managing editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law. He received his B.A. in English from Haverford College in 2013.
