Uriel has experience in securities litigation and bankruptcy litigation, while also assisting on other general litigation matters. Uriel maintains an active pro bono practice that includes Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) matters and immigration law.
Prior to joining the firm, Uriel was an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Foreign Litigation, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Janet B. Arterton at the United States District Court of Connecticut. Before law school, Uriel was an AmeriCorps Graduate Fellow at the Los Angeles Superior Court, and was an intern at the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of International Relations, Protocol and Special Events.
Uriel received her B.A., cum laude, in Global Liberal Studies from New York University in 2018. She received her J.D., with specialization in International Legal Affairs, from the Cornell Law School in 2022, where she was the Notes Editor at Cornell International Law Journal.
