Mary focuses her practice on restructuring and insolvency transactions.

Mary is an associate in the New York office and represents creditors and debtors in restructurings, Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 bankruptcies, and foreign insolvency proceedings. She also advises clients in connection with liability management transactions and debtor-in-possession financings. Additionally, Mary represents lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
