
Michael S. Kreamer

Michael focuses his practice on a range of complex commercial litigation matters, including securities and M&A-related litigation and product liability matters.
Michael is an associate in the firm’s securities litigation and complex commercial litigation groups. He has extensive M&A litigation experience, including multiple buyer-seller disputes in federal court and the Delaware Chancery Court. He has represented companies in product liability and mass tort disputes and a private equity firm in a federal civil RICO and fraud dispute involving private health insurance reimbursement claims.
Michael maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing the victims of reverse mortgage fraud in low-income neighborhoods. He is also a member of the Lawyers for Civil Justice Fellows Program.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a member of the University of Michigan’s Civil and Criminal Litigation Clinic, gaining valuable experience working as the lead attorney on a variety of litigation matters. Before attending law school, he worked as a senior consultant in data analytics at a forensic and litigation consulting practice.

Education
Michael received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2022, where he was a notes editor at the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and a senior judge of the Legal Practice Program. He received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia in 2015.
