Aliana is a litigation associate in Winston & Strawn’s New York office. She focuses her practice on antitrust matters and complex commercial litigation.

Aliana has experience delivering oral arguments, first-chairing and second-chairing depositions, and determining litigation strategies. Aliana has also drafted complaints, oppositions to motions to dismiss, an opposition to a preliminary injunction, briefs on discovery disputes, subpoenas, document requests, interrogatories, requests for admission, and many other discovery requests and protocols.

During law school, she was a civil litigation extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York. She was also a legal intern for the Brennan Center for Justice.

Prior to law school, Aliana was an intake specialist at Cabrini Green Legal Aid.

Aliana received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2021, where she was a staff editor at the Review of Law and Social Change. She received her B.A. in psychology from Reed College in 2017, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and captain of the Mock Trial Team.
