John focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on funds and debt finance transactions.
John concentrates his practice on private investment funds, debt finance, and mergers & acquisitions. He regularly advises agents, lenders, and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions across various industries, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, and capital call subscription lines. John also has experience representing trustees and other service providers in connection with asset-backed securitizations (including CLOS) as well as hedge funds and other investors on distressed debt trades.
John earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2016, where he served as a Senior Editor for the Boston College Law Review. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012.
