Gwendolyn is an energy transactions attorney. She handles power and gas transactional and regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

She advises on the energy regulatory aspects of M&A, private equity, project development, project finance, and other transactions. Gwendolyn also represents utilities, generators, and other energy industry clients in navigating a wide variety of regulatory challenges before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and in the FERC-regulated electricity markets. She also works on derivative transactions with respect to commodities, interest rates, currencies and equities.

Prior to joining Winston, Gwendolyn represented the public-sector side of the energy industry on a broad mix of issues before FERC and in federal court.

  • Assisted a utility client in negotiating offtake agreements for a large solar development project in the MISO electric region.

  • Represented various utility clients in litigating disputes before FERC and in federal court.

Gwendolyn received her B.A. in Environmental Science from Columbia University in 2014. She received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2020, where she was a member of the Environmental Law Society and served as a staff editor on the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
