Bradley Hemmer

Bradley focuses his practice on corporate and finance transactions.
He represents commercial banks, direct lenders, public and private companies, and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of complex finance transactions. Bradley focuses on asset based and cash flow credit facilities, acquisition financings, and senior and mezzanine financings. Bradley has experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements and other transaction documents relating to various finance transactions. Bradley also has experience advising clients in connection with corporate governance matters, business formation, and bankruptcy and restructuring.

Education
Bradley received his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was an Eminent Scholar recipient and a Note and Comment Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal. His article titled Cost Sharing Agreements at Arms-Length was published in the Ohio State Business Law Journal. He earned his B.A. from SUNY Cortland.
