
Garrett C. Heller
Associate
Garrett is a former Winston summer associate focusing his practice on antitrust and securities matters. He has represented and counseled clients in a variety of industries, including food & beverage, telecommunications, financial and management services, patent aggregation & licensing, agriculture, and pharmaceutical.
Garrett maintains an active pro bono practice, having represented individual clients in criminal defense, housing repair, and asylum actions, as well as a civil rights organization in a project dedicated to systemic reform of racially biased policing and disciplinary practices. Garrett is also an active member of Winston’s Pride group.
During law school, Garrett worked as a legal intern for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in New York, served on the Executive Board for the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, and provided research assistance on scholarship related to LGBTQ+ employment discrimination.

Garrett received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2021, where he was the senior notes editor at the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. He received his B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University in 2016.
