Nick is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office where he advises clients in a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick worked at the MLB Players Association, where he advised agents in contract negotiations and consulted on salary arbitration cases on behalf of MLB players. Nick also served as a judicial intern for Judge Gary R. Brown of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Before law school, Nick was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks and played minor league baseball.
Nick earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2024, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and the Legal Research and Writing Law Fellow Program. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Stony Brook University in 2020, where he was a member of the Baseball Team.
