Tom Good

Tom is a Counsel in the Finance and Restructuring practices, where he represents lenders, agents, trustees, and other stakeholders on debt finance and restructuring/liability management transactions. Tom’s experience includes leveraged loans and private placements of debt securities.

Additionally, Tom has experience as trading counsel to principals and market makers and he has advised on, documented, and settled hundreds of debt trades, both in the secondary loan market and in the bond market.
