Zoe practices general litigation with a focus on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. She leverages her strong litigation background to serve clients across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Winston, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable John Robert Blakey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Zoe successfully obtained immigration visas for victims of human trafficking as a student attorney for Michigan Law School’s Human Trafficking Clinic. Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal for an international law firm, focusing on securities enforcement and government investigations matters. In that role, she also provided legal support and translation services for over a dozen pro bono immigration matters. Zoe maintains an active pro bono practice in a variety of areas, including civil rights, voting rights, family law, and immigration.

Education

Zoe received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 2022, where she was an online content editor and associate editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. Zoe was also the president of the International Law Society and a teaching assistant for first-year legal research and writing classes. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in political science and history with a Minor in Spanish from George Washington University in 2017, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
