Gabriella Goldstein

Gabriella focuses her practice on data privacy and intellectual property matters arising in the commercial and regulatory context. Her experience includes advising clients in the development of data privacy compliance programs and in responding to data security incidents and regulatory inquiries. Gabriella also regularly assists in the negotiation of privacy- and intellectual property-related agreements in corporate transactions, including the negotiation of privacy and data protection terms as well as intellectual property assignments and licenses.
