Anne focuses her practice on energy project financings, particularly those involving renewable energy sources. 

She has worked on a number of renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power throughout the country, including complex transactions involving back-leverage financings, tax equity financings, inverted leases, holdco and mezzanine financings, portfolio financings, and bridge financings for the Investment Tax Credit. Anne also has experience with investment grade lending, asset and cash flow based revolving credit facilities, and senior and mezzanine term lending.

Anne represents major banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, and hedge funds.

  • Represented administrative agent and lender syndicate in the negotiation of a US$508M senior secured credit facility for 153.2 MW solar projects located in Imperial County, California.
  • Represented administrative agent and lender syndicate in the negotiation of a US$121M senior secured credit facility for the financing of an 80MW solar project located in Campbell County, Virginia.
  • Represented administrative agent and lender syndicate in the negotiation of a US$162M senior secured credit facility for 120 MW solar projects located in Los Angeles County, California.
  • Represented administrative agent and lender syndicate in the negotiation of a US$147M senior secured credit facility for 105 MW solar project located in Los Angeles County, California.
  • Represented administrative agent and lender syndicate in the negotiation of US$160M senior secured credit facility for 99 MW solar project in Beaver County, Utah.
  • Represented administrative agent and lender syndicate in the negotiation of a US$178M senior secured credit facility for financing of 110 MW solar projects in Hawaii.
  • Represented an investment grade public company in obtaining US$13B of revolving credit facilities for itself and its European affiliates, including provisions for funding in multiple foreign currencies.

Anne was featured in the Winston & Strawn Pro Bono Reporter for her volunteer work providing wrap-around legal services in a clinic setting to survivors of domestic violence. She was listed in Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Energy Lawyers” for Renewable Energy in (2024–2025). She was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch for Energy Law (2021–2025). She was also recognized as a “key lawyer” by The Legal 500 US for Energy: Renewable/Alternative Power (2023–2024) and for Finance: Project Finance -  Energy and Power - Infrastructure and PPP (2023).

Anne is a member of the American Bar Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. In addition to her pro bono work with survivors of domestic violence, Anne works with veterans to obtain discharge upgrades for veterans discharged under Don’t Ask Don’t Tell and Article 112A of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Education

Anne received a B.A. in Art History from Northwestern University in 2006 where she was a member of the Dean’s Honor list. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2010 where she was a member of the Dean’s Honor list and served as Executive Symposium Editor of the International and Comparative Law Review.
