Christina concentrates her practice on a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial real estate transactions and financing.

Christina has experience representing owners, developers, investment firms, borrowers, and lenders in financing, workout, purchasing, selling, leasing, and developing of commercial real estate. She represents clients in a range of real estate transactions, including the financing of retail, office, hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use properties.

  • Represented a Chinese conglomerate in sales of office towers in Minnesota and New York totaling over $740,000,000
  • Represented a Chicago-based investment firm in acquisitions, re-financings and sales of properties in California, Louisiana, Oregon, and Texas totaling over $176,000,000
  • Represented a student housing developer in acquisition, financing and development of mixed-use properties in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, and Virginia totaling over $72,000,000
  • Represented a large regional bank in loan transactions, including mortgage loans for shopping center acquisitions in Oregon and Missouri totaling over $75,000,000
  • Represented an investment firm in acquisition and financing of mixed-use property in North Carolina for approximately $18,000,000 and sale of regional power center in Tennessee for approximately $28,000,000
  • Represented a large national bank in loan transactions relating to property in Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Missouri, including series of construction loans totaling approximately $20,000,000 for development of urgent care centers
  • Represented a large regional bank in loan transactions, including construction loans for hotels, senior care and self-storage facilities, restaurants and residential subdivisions in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio totaling over $75,000,000
  • Represented a farm credit association in loan and workout transactions relating to property in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Florida, including approximately $30,000,000 loan workout transaction involving 5,000+ acres of real property collateral
  • Represented an owner in 1031 like-kind exchange transactions, including approximately $10,000,000 sale of medical facility in Kentucky and approximately $20,000,000 aggregate purchases of apartment complex replacement properties in Georgia
  • Served as bond counsel and lender counsel in $10,000,000 tax-exempt industrial revenue bond issue by Kentucky municipality for renovation and equipping of school
