Leigh concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has experience at all stages of litigation, including pre-litigation advising and strategy development, drafting complaints and dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, oral argument, and trial.

Leigh has served on multiple trial teams, including the trial team that defended Fox News Network LLC in its high-profile defamation litigation with Dominion Voting Systems and a team that secured a unanimous jury verdict and six-figure compensatory damages award against the Illinois Department of Corrections for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Leigh was also part of a team that successfully defeated a shareholder derivative lawsuit at the motion to dismiss stage.

Leigh coaches an appellate advocacy team at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and draws on her prior experience as an in-house legal intern at a technology company to understand and respond to client needs.
