David focuses his practice on CLOs and related warehouse facilities, asset-backed securitizations and securitization-style warehouse financings, term and revolving asset-based credit facilities, private note issuances and placements, forward flow and repurchase arrangements, portfolio acquisitions and sales, and infrastructure financings and aircraft leasing and financing.

David’s clients include banks and other financial institutions, issuers and sponsors, underwriters and placement agents, investors, asset managers, and specialty finance platforms. David’s experience also includes collateral and control arrangements, intercreditor matters, restructures, workouts and related derivatives and hedging documentation in connection with structured and secured financings.

Admitted to practice in New York, Ireland, and England & Wales, David brings a cross-border perspective to multi-jurisdictional transactions and market documentation.
