Ariel is an experienced litigator who concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation and cross-border disputes. He represents a diverse range of clients in high-stakes matters across a variety of forums.

Ariel handles complex commercial matters for a diverse range of clients, from financial institutions and national insurance carriers to industry trade associations. His experience includes defending against multi-billion dollar claims, serving as lead counsel in a RICO class action, challenging the constitutionality of state labeling laws, and developing novel legal theories that have created new precedent at the trial level and a circuit split at the appellate level. He also maintains an active international practice, having represented clients in energy arbitrations, cross-border litigation involving rights to international soccer tournaments, and sensitive negotiations with sovereign entities.

Ariel previously served as senior lawyer for a national advocacy group, where he litigated novel claims in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Ariel earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2017, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and member of the Latino Law Student Association. He received his B.A. in Government from Reichman University in 2014.
