- Served as lead associate representing a prominent technology company in a complex commercial dispute involved in a shareholder dispute amidst plans to convert company to a SPAC.
- Represented a financial services company facing an FTC enforcement action and State AG investigations.
- Served as lead associate on multiple SEC investigations of both individuals and large international financial institutions in which no charges were ultimately brought.
- Served on a federally appointed board in various litigations related to Puerto Rico’s debt restructuring.
- Represented a retail store in bankruptcy litigation involving claims related to business interruption insurance.
- Represented an insurance company in employment litigation brought by a former employer.
- Defended a private equity sponsor against fraud allegations stemming from a leverage buyout that reached a favorable settlement for our client, as well as follow on litigation with insurers who attempted to deny coverage costs for settlement.
