Aimee is a nationally recognized first-chair trial lawyer with a reputation for steering high-stakes commercial, technology, and intellectual property disputes. She represents leading companies across the energy, technology, financial services, private equity, media, and medical sectors in complex matters where litigation risk intersects with core business objectives and innovation strategies.

Aimee brings deep, battle‑tested experience in federal and state courts, handling everything from contract and M&A disputes to patent, trade secret, and trademark litigation. Her work spans enforcement of non‑compete and non‑disclosure agreements, indemnification claims, IP licensing conflicts, and complex investment disputes. Beyond the courtroom, she guides clients through governmental investigations and supports IP‑driven transactions, investments, and acquisitions. Aimee has earned a reputation as one of the country’s standout IP litigators. Chambers USA ranks her in Texas for Intellectual Property and highlights her as “a great strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who is able to translate the complex into the understandable” (2023–2025). In 2024, Managing IP named her Litigator of the Year—Texas and included her among the Top 250 Women in IP Litigation. She is also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Litigation—Intellectual Property (2026). Her distinctions also include being a finalist for Intellectual Property Attorney of the Year by Texas Lawyer (2024), inclusion in D Magazine’s Dallas 500 (2023), repeated recognition as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation (2022–2025), an IP Star by Managing IP (2024–2025), and received recommendations in the IAM Patent 1000 (2024–2025). She has also been honored by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Litigators in America (2024–2025) and among the Top 500 Plaintiff Lawyers (2019).
