Amine El Qatib

Amine is an associate in Winston & Strawn’s Paris office and a member of the Corporate/M&A team. He represents public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and sales. His experience includes notably conducting legal due diligence, drafting the contractual documentation, as well as the post-closing advice/follow-up. He also handles regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Winston, Amine worked within the Corporate/M&A and Financial Services teams of an international law firm.

Amine is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
