Amel El Mouttaki

She advises French and international companies, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries, on issues spanning the entire product lifecycle, from development and approval to market access and compliance. Her experience includes advising on health sector transactions, conducting regulatory due diligence, and assisting clients with contractual documentation. She also regularly provides support on day-to-day French regulatory health matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Amel worked at international law firms and gained in-house experience with both a biopharmaceutical company and a multinational pharmaceutical group.

She is fluent in French and English.
