- Represented the initial purchasers and the administrative agents in digital infrastructure securitizations of dark and lit fiber, data centers, wireless towers and distributed antennae systems.
- Represented a franchise brand in connection with securitization of franchise royalties and company-owned store revenues.
- Represented a wireless telecommunications issuer in the securitization of wireless towers and distributed antennae systems.
