Claire’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, consumer product liability, and employment discrimination.
Claire has experience drafting discovery documents, preparing witnesses to give testimony at depositions and trials, and drafting substantive briefs in both federal and Texas state courts. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Kimberly Priest Johnson for the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Texas.
Claire received her B.A. with honors in History from The University of Texas at Austin in 2016. She received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2019, where she was the Associate Editor at Texas Law Review.
