Elizabeth advises private investment fund sponsors and investors across strategies including impact funds, private equity funds and venture capital and venture debt funds, in connection with fundraising, fund formation, regulatory compliance and ongoing operational matters. Elizabeth also advises clients on small business investment company (SBIC) licensing and regulatory matters.

Elizabeth has significant experience in impact-oriented legal matters, advising entrepreneurs, fund sponsors, family offices, and tax-exempt organizations on a variety of transactions. Elizabeth has also extensively advised emerging and high-growth technology companies throughout their lifecycles, including corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.

She earned her J.D., from New York University in 2020, where she served as Staff Editor at the Journal of Law and Business and served on the boards of the Latinx Law Students Association and the Social Entrepreneurship and Start-Up Law group.
